Financial Statement Compilation & Review:

  • Compilation:

    • Often required by banks, investors and other third parties as part of their lending stipulations​ when businesses are seeking initial or lower amounts of financing or credit or there is a significant collateral in place to secure adequate financing

    • Our CPA applies accounting and financial expertise to assist management in the presentation of financial statements

    • A compilation does not require the CPA to verify the completeness or accuracy of the information that has been provided by management or the responsible business party and also does not require the CPA to express an opinion or offer any conclusions on the financial statements

    • Lowest level of assurance provided by the CPA

  • Review:​

    • Requested by banks, investors and other third-parti​es who require a basic level of assurance by the CPA on the accuracy of financial statements when a business is applying for larger and more complex levels of financing or credit

    • Our CPA provides a higher level of service than required for compilation because the CPA expresses a limited level of assurance on the financial statements

    • A review does not require the CPA to study and/or evaluate the business's internal controls or assets and also does not require the CPA to verify data with third-parties

  • All compilation and review reports provided by our CPA are in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and in accordance with Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS)

BUSINESS VALUATIONS

Our CPA is certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) to perform valuations that estimate the economic value of your business.

 

These valuations are useful for:

NOTARY SERVICES

If you need to have documentation notarized, call us and request to speak to Darlene. She is a certified Notary Public for the State of Tennessee and can discuss a date and time in which you can come in and have your documents notarized.

JOB COSTING

We can provide accounting services that will assist your business by tracking the business expenses incurred in relation to creating your unique product. 

  • Trace the expenses (direct labor, indirect labor & manufacturing overhead) of each job

    • Build reports from recorded data for analysis and tax purposes​
