Robert (Bob) Weaver studied accounting at David Lipscomb College. He graduated from David Lipscomb in 1971, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Bob became a certified public accountant in the state of Tennessee in February of 1974. He later became a certified global management accountant in 2012. Presently, Bob owns and operates the Robert L. Weaver CPA firm which originally opened in 1978 in Johnson City, TN. Bob has been providing an extensive list of accounting services to small businesses and individuals which includes: tax preparation, reviewed and compiled financials, small business consulting and bankruptcy consulations. He also prepares business valuations for legal proceedings, partnership dissolutions and divorce proceedings. 

Adrienne Weaver went to East Tennessee State University and graduated with her Bachelors degree in Health Science, with a concentration in Health Care Management, in 1998. That same year, Adrienne began working at Robert L. Weaver CPA full-time. She later attended Milligan College studying Business Management and graduated with her Masters degree in 2017. She is currently working towards earning her Master of Accounting degree and is also preparing for her CPA examinations. Adrienne has partnered with her father, Bob, and assists in providing accounting services to small businesses and individuals and seeks to carry on the family business. 

Janet Hyder began working for Robert L. Weaver CPA in 1997. Her main focus here at the firm is in researching and preparing materials needed for various special projects. Janet also specializes in compiling documents and information on client accounts for auditing purposes. 

Darlene Leadingham is the face of Robert L. Weaver CPA. She's most likely the first person you see when you walk in or the first voice you hear when you call the office. As office manager, Darlene excels at maintaining order and structure within the firm. She diligently manages appointment scheduling for Adrienne and Bob and she specializes in payroll services as well. In addition to her office management duties, Darlene is a certified Notary Public in the state of Tennessee. 

Rebecca Jones graduated from David Lipscomb College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Art in Interdisciplinary Education and a minor in Psychology. She began working at Robert L. Weaver CPA in 1999. Rebecca specializes in providing general ledger services to small business accounts in the restaurant and homeowner's association industries. Her general ledger services also extend to small businesses in other industries as well. Rebecca is a certified Notary Public in the state of Tennessee.

Kentra is our newest staff member, she officially began with us in 2018. She specializes in bookkeeping and data entry services, focusing primarily on manufacturing and construction trade type businesses. The majority of her work is performed remotely, so it is not likely you'll chance upon meeting her if you stop by the office.
